Who are Your Emcomm Contacts?

I decided to start mapping out HAMs I hear on my local Oregon Emergency Net on 3980.00 and adding information to them concerning band conditions.

The data can also be downloaded in a table for off-grid use.

These are not people I have contacted so they are not in my normal logbook, but hearing them means there is a chance of getting out to them in SHTF since they are on emergency power now and thus practicing for grid-down comms like myself.

Kinda like a reverse beacon tracker to my location.
